As promised! Here’s the new year same God video. I was tagged by LifeWithChids or ChideraMetuh who is one of my incredible friends. I hope you enjoy it!
Hey guys! This video really embodies what I am trying to do with this section of the site and that is, to be more open whilst I am going through things. It has been a long half of the year but THE BEST IS YET TO COME and I have faith in God that he will perfect all he has started in me. He is so faithful and I really pray that everyone watching takes the focus off themselves and puts it in Christ and all he is because He is enough. Here are some verse an worship songs below that have encouraged my walk in faith. I know you’ll love it. Let me know what you think xxx
Genesis 15:6 through to 17
” Abram believed the Lord, and he credited it to him as righteousness.”
“When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the Lord appeared to him and said, “I am God Almighty[a]; walk before me faithfully and be blameless. ”
Psalm 36: 5-6
“God’s love is meteoric,
his loyalty astronomic,
His purpose titanic,
his verdicts oceanic.
Yet in his largeness
nothing gets lost;
Not a man, not a mouse,
slips through the cracks”
“Without weakening in his faith, he faced the fact that his body was as good as dead—since he was about a hundred years old—and that Sarah’s womb was also dead. 20 Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, 21 being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised. 22 This is why “it was credited to him as righteousness.” 23 The words “it was credited to him” were written not for him alone, 24 but also for us, to whom God will credit righteousness—for us who believe in him who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead. 25 He was delivered over to death for our sins and was raised to life for our justification.”
1 Corinthians 9:26-27
“Therefore I do not run like someone running aimlessly; I do not fight like a boxer beating the air. 27 No, I strike a blow to my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize.”

I feel like a TinuksTalks video has been long overdue so before you guys forget my face, here’s some truth about what i’ve been learning in terms of just living life fully and joyfully. I have been so inspired lately to carry on all that i started in faith so here we go! I’m a bit rusty but enjoy ❤
It’s the last day of the year and we thank God regardless of however it’s been, we have his words to hold on to. God has given me a lot of vision for 2017 and even though my hands will do the great things, I cannot forget that he is the foundation of it all in the first place. You’re building something so ” do not despise these small beginnings” Zechariah 4:10.Even if the beginning is difficult, challenging, painful, love every second of it because Abba is using it to build you. This testimony takes me back to my beginning and things have never been the same from then. Happy new year everyone. I can’t wait for all that’s in stall.
Peace starts with stillness and stillness starts with trust so if you’re looking for peace, maybe you need to ask yourself if you trust God and assure yourself in the fact that he is the all-loving, all-sufficient and almighty creator of your existence. I hope you love this cheeky video from my birthday celebration with some of my family ❤
“Being confident of this, he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion till the day of Christ Jesus. ” Philippians 1:6
DAY 9 – HOPE !
I have held on to this verse so much this year whether it be in times I was struggling with uni or times salvation was getting to hard for me. God is the author and finisher of our faith meaning that whatever he starts, he finishes and he does it with a bang. This is a throwback to a poem I posted earlier but still find so relevant because it reminds me that regardless of the struggle with sin, God has given us a divine ability through his grace to fight this battle victoriously to the finish. 2017 is another year to fight battles but remember HOPE is in Christ Jesus who always finishes with a bang !
Day 8- GRATEFULLNESS
I’ve had an amazing birthday and from the moment i woke up this morning when God just took me to a zone of prayer to thank him for everything and ask what I want for 19 in confidence that he’s answered everything. I’ve been in a state of gratefulness. You never notice how much God has done through and for you until it’s a day when people decide to tell you. I thank God today that I’m just a 19 year old reborn into the body of Christ, made to be a flame by which salvation ignites and blessed to experience love not just from God but through all the people around me. I wouldn’t be as bold, loving and joyful if it wasn’t for all those vessels around me that have poured into me and love me to Jesus. So this day is for me yes but also everyone who has encouraged me to be me. The promise of gratefulness is not based on circumstance but one that directs our eyes to the little things that make a difference in our lives. I’m ready to slay even more at 19 ! WHOOOPPPPP
